Gaby studied Design Crafts at Plymouth College of Art and Theatre Studies at Northbrook Tech in Worthing. Largely self taught she started sewing with her Mum and Grandmother on an old hand cranked Singer. From then on she has worked her way through several sewing machines. Her latest being a Brother Stellaire Embroidery only machine. This machine can add a unique touch to clothes, cushion covers and linens, tailoring colours to suit your own taste and colour scheme. “If the item can be hooped, it can be embroidered!”

Gaby offers a wide range of sewing services including general clothing alterations and repair. Dressmaking and the copying of garments. Curtain and blind making and altering. 

She also offers one to one tuition in a relaxed and informal setting. With a wide understanding of fabrics, design and textures, a keen interest in surface design, including embroidery, appliqué, beading and painting she can give comprehensive advice enabling you to complete even your most challenging ideas and decadent projects!
